Unit Trust & Ownership Structure

The Trustee for Bringelly Birds Unit Trust — ABN 31 680 305 281

How the Unit Trust Works

After land settlement, a Corporate Unit Trust is established to distribute ownership of each lot through issuing Trust certificates to each unit holder. The goal of the Unit Trust is to release ownership to you, according to what you paid to hold a part of this project.

Once your full payment is made, your ownership certificate is released. The Trust structure ensures each member's rights are legally protected with full transparency. After subdivision, each unit holder gains full independent ownership of their allocated lot.

Key Features of the Structure

Legal Protection

Each unit holder's ownership is legally documented and protected through the Unit Trust structure.

Trust Certificates

Upon full payment and settlement, ownership certificates are issued to each unit holder.

Individual Ownership

After subdivision, you have absolute independence — keep, sell, or develop your units.

Fair Distribution

Land allocation through transparent lottery draw ensures fairness for all members.

Tax Advantages

A unit trust holding an asset for 12+ months may be eligible for the 50% capital gains tax discount.

No Bank Loans

The company will never take bank loans, minimising risk of debt. All operations from its own fund.
