Register & Pay Deposit
Complete the registration form, provide ID, and pay the initial deposit ($25,000 for 300sqm / $30,000 for 450sqm).
Receive Payment Receipt
Obtain payment receipt from the company via WhatsApp or email confirmation.
Continue Monthly Payments
Keep paying your monthly instalments and complete the total payment over up to 42 months.
Complete Deed of Purchase
Sign the Deed of Purchase and provide to the company for full execution.
Receive Share Certificate
Obtain your share certificate from the company upon completing total payment.
Settlement & Unit Trust
Settlement completes (target: Jan 2028). Get involved in the Unit Trust setup process.
Land Allocation Lottery
Participate in the lottery draw to obtain your land allocation and ownership documents.
Agrotourism Planning
Participate in planning how to obtain maximum income through agrotourism and land use.
Wait for Rezoning
Wait approximately 5-6 years for government rezoning. Land value appreciates during this period.
Subdivision & Independence
Permanent land allocation via lottery draw, registration documents, and full independent ownership.
Flexible Exit: You can take exit at any point of this roadmap. We will work together to ensure a positive experience for all participants.
