Why Bringelly Is Booming

Bringelly is strategically situated between Penrith and Camden along The Northern Road, adjacent to Badgerys Creek — the site of the Western Sydney International Airport. The government has plans to establish a new commercial area (Bradfield City) that will become Sydney's third-largest commercial centre, following Sydney CBD and Parramatta.

The airport will be a full-service, curfew-free facility for international, domestic, and freight services with initial capacity of 10 million passengers per year, expandable to 82 million by 2063. This unprecedented development is driving massive infrastructure investment, including new motorways (M9, M12) and metro rail.

Land values in the region have tracked approximately 12% annual growth. With the airport, Bradfield City, and billions in government infrastructure investment, Bringelly represents one of the most compelling growth corridors in Australia.
